Description: This is an offer for the 1972 DC Comics, " Batman " # 245, Neal Adams art, Bruce Wayne murdered. This book was bagged and boarded and has been stored in a pet free, smoke free climate controlled area since it was purchased. In my opinion the condition of this book is FN or better, I am not a professional grader. A FN copy, the cover still has gloss and is reflective. there are spine stress lines with some color break, lower right corner has a line fold with color break. The inside pages are complete and the staples are tight. The color is off-white to cream. The centerfold has a tear in one side with no pieces missing. The back cover still has some gloss and is reflective, a small piece of the cover is missing from the lower right corner, there are signs of soiling. Please see scans and photos to determine the condition for yourself, I have included an Owl card in the inner page shots to help determine whiteness of inner pages and centerfold.
