Description: 1979 VW Transporter Bus (also referred to as the VW station wagon edition). Full tuneup and conversion to dual carbs done in the past two months and she runs like a champ. Upholstery in great condition with no rips or tears. There are a few cosmetic conditions to be addressed, so not for you if you are looking for a fully restored bus, but this is a very solid place to start if you want to do a full restore. Originally came from the dealership with a ceiling mounted AC but the compressor unit was removed from the engine two owners ago so not sure if a new compressor would bring the AC to life, but its there none the less.
