If you wish to consider returning a non-personalised gift, then please contact us initially. All goods must be returned in the same packaging in a 're-saleable' condition in which they arrived. In the rare case any purchase arrives damaged from transit or does not arrive after 5 working days from dispatch date, then please contact us and we will follow up your enquiry. Everyone makes mistakes, including us. Please contact us if the item is faulty in any way and give us the chance to put things right. We cannot refund the postage cost incurred in returning unwanted / incorrectly ordered goods and even where you have qualified for free delivery a postage and packaging charge of £1.50 will be levied on unwanted goods and deducted from any refund made.
