Fast Food toys classified as "New" are items either (a) still sealed in original packaging or (b) was stilled sealed in original packaging and opened for pictures. Those toys classified as "Loose" are loose toys not sealed in original packaging. Loose toys vary in condition from almost new to played with some defects.
