These squares are made in the USA by Precision Engineering Corporation (PEC Tools) a premier US tool manufacturer. They have hardened and tempered satin chrome finished steel blades with 1/100” and 1/50” gradations on one side of the blade and 1/32” and 1/64” markings on the other. The blades are .720” wide by .075” thick. The head is .500” x 1.00” x 2.400” The entire square weighs in just shy of 4 ounces and fits nicely in the hand and in an apron pocket. The fit and finish on these squares is superb. The angular accuracy is guaranteed to be +/- .001 inches over the entire length of the blade (that’s one thousandth of an inch over the 6” blade). I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
