Description: The ORIGINAL and still the BEST stacking clips for the Harvest Right Freeze Dryer trays. Listing is for the stacking clips ONLY and does not include the above pictured trays. I use this to stack up to 12 trays in my deep chest freezer to prefreeze several batches. This saves both power and time and allows the freeze dryer to be constantly running. These clips are 3D printed using ultra-strong PETG, which is food safe, dishwasher safe, temperature resistant and chemical resistant. Never settle for PLA. Please clean well in between each batch. Each of these clips have lasted well over a year for me, running my freeze dryer nonstop. "Surprise Me!" color option will allow for faster shipping. Current lead time is 5-7 business days. HOW TO USE:You can clip them on from the top. Please note that there are slight variations to these trays, which may make inserting from the top difficult. If this is the case, rotate it 90 degrees and insert from the side, then rotate it back upright. PURCHASING INFO:Please select the NUMBER OF TRAYS you plan to stack. Each set comes with 4 clips. I personally stack 12 in my deep freezer (which includes 11 sets or 44 clips). Stacking any taller may create a Tower of Pisa if the freezer floor isn't perfectly flat! UPDATE:We have tweaked the design to more easily put on and take off while still retain the strength. I had my 92lb son stand on the trays with the 4 clips and it supported him like a champ! Any more weight and the trays themselves will start to warp. This is why we print with PETG. Although much more difficult to print, it provides more strength as well as temperature and chemical resistance when compared to PLA. NEVER settle for PLA. USPS has been experience a unprecedented amount of volume due to the pandemic and tracking information may or may not be updated until it gets transferred to their main distribution center. We have used these ourselves for over 2 years and have only recently decided to make them available. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return them for full refund. We are a very small family business and will do our utmost to keep our customers happy! MISC:Please note that there is a minute variances between the thickness of the tray lips. We used a digital caliper and measured across the entire length of all of our 12 trays and notice that it varies from .05-.15mm. Although this doesn't seem like much, it can mean the difference between too tight or too loose. We used the average of all the thickness when designing and printing. Even if they may be loose, once weight is applied from the stacked trays, there will be no movement. For clips that are too tight, it will loosen up after several batches.
