Hawthorne Universal Studios Monsters Halloween Village

Description: Rare hard to find lighted Hawthorne village building from the Universal Studios Monsters Halloween Village collection featuring Universal Studios horror movie classics. This item features the movie Frankenstein and was manufactured in 2006. The sculpture number is listed on the base of the building (see photo). This item was part of a subscription offering and is Issue #13 (product #14-08225-013) from the collection - Burial Site. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity located on top of box (please note that manufacturer return label is no longer valid). All 22 issues from this subscription are listed. Two "AA" batteries (not included) are required to light up the torches. The building measures approximately 9.5" in length, 6" in height and 6" in depth. Also comes with one small accessory figure - Igor Digs Him Up (see photo). Accessory measures approximately 2" in height. This item is in great condition and has never been displayed. It was just removed from the box to inspect and take photos. Please note that some of the packing material was not removed when taking photos. Please note that this item has been stored in a warehouse for many years and the Styrofoam box does have wear, dirt and markings on the exterior. Unlike Department 56 or Lemax, Hawthorne Village buildings do not come with pictured cardboard slipcovers - only the Styrofoam box as shown in the photos.
