Description: Late 1970s King 2B Silver Sonic trombone. Eastlake OH. Serial # 481243 on inner slide, 264798 on outter slide). Sterling Silver bell with gold wash interior. Some pitting on bell, ding on tuning slide, and a ding on the lower (curved) pipe on bell assembly (see pictures). Some normal wear to finish, and two small spots on inner slide tubes (see pictures). NONE OF THESE AFFECT INTONATION OR RICH, FULL TONE. Tuning slide and handslide work like butter when lubed. This is a player, and still has 85% of its looks. No mouthpiece or case included. I’ve played this one for years, but the 3B is more my style, so I’d like this to go to a good home. Local pick-up preferred. Will ship domestically, securely wrapped in a sturdy box (buyer pays).
