Please note, there isn’t much give in the material for it to stretch, but it’s also not stiff or itchy either. This costume will also come with a drawstring (one size) hoop skirt to wear underneath giving the desired fullness and princess silhouette. All you would need to add is a red wig and your Little Mermaid costume is complete! Chest 36-38 Waist 30-32 Again, this costume was ONLY tried on and never worn, and comes quickly from a smoke and pet free home.
