Description: This is a Royal Bavarian Hutschenreuther 10 3/4" dinner plate with a gold encrusted rim featuring etched scrolls, leaves,swirls, and dots. It has the crowned lion backstamp, which was used between 1920 and 1945. Price is for two. There are two available. In very good vintage condition with very little wear to gold accents. Some have minor wear and small gaps in the verge line. Some surface scrapes as is common with china plates which have been used for any holiday gathering where meats are served. But, these were treated very well. I consider the amount of surface scrapes to be surprisingly low. These are all surface scratches as well--nothing that is particularly deep or long. May have very minor small spots of light tarnishing. Currently have 12 plates available.
