Description: 1982 United States Postal Service Definitive Mint Set Stamps and Stationary in Mounts on Pages This folio album was one of the early offerings of the USPS in which the collector purchased a set of the definitive stamps issued during the year. This year set was issued with a 16 page full color album, with 28 regular stamps and 9 pieces of stationary entires with corresponding mounts. Stamp issued in 1982 include; Bighorn Sheep (Bklt. Pane / 10), Ralph Bunche, Crazy Horse, Robert Millikan, Igor Stravinsky, Kitten and Puppies, various coil pairs - Americana and Transportation, etc.etc. for a total of 28 mint stamps. The Stationary entires are: Soaring Airmail PC, Francis Marion, Academy of Music, Great Seal of US, Purple Heart, etc. for a total of 9 pieces.
