There is a plastic sheet protector that comes with this. The yellow Tabs are discolored, and the inside of the book in general shows age. Pages are yellowed at the edges. There is a small amount of writing in this cookbook. The pages are all sound. They do not have tears at the holes for the binder. There are food stains in various places in the book.
