Place Stoppel on same and fastened into cage. Dissolve, 1 1/2 Pounds Bi-Carbonate of soda into 2 1/2 gallons of cold water. Pour into extinguisher to fill Mark. Screw cap down to washer.Extinguisher must be discharged and recharged at least once a year and date of charging kept upon Card attached to machine. Whenever discharged extinguisher must be entirely emptied, and thoroughly cleaned before refilling.PROTECT FROM FREEZINGTested 350 LBS. The extinguisher is empty & cannot be used for firefighting purposes. Condition: With expected signs of wear. Dents, rust, residue marks, surface scratches, and surface wear seen to the brass exterior, as indicated in photography.
