Description: The Warman Seax 678 (pronounced 'Say Axe' or 'Sea Axe'.. depending on regional accent) derives their name from the Viking single blade short sword and the Ohms readings in the set of 3 single coil blade pickup. This is a limited production run of just 50 sets at the moment. All pickups have chrome blade on black bobbin with under mounted ceramic magnet, all fixed to a fibre board base with vintage cloth push back hot wire with bare braided outer shield negative wire. The chrome blades are 57mm wide and provide a consistent magnetic field all the way along their length as can be seen in the photo showing the glowing green mag field. Supplied with height screws and springs. Bridge position. South pole up, clockwise wound. 8 kOhm average resistance with an inductance of 4.63 Henries Middle position , North pole up, counter clockwise wound, 7 kOhm average resistance with an inductance 3.77 Henries Neck position, South pole up, clockwise wound, 7 kOhm average resistance with an inductance of 2.88 Henries.
